Study on the Multiphase Flow Mechanism of Coupling Gas-dust Coupling Explosion in Open and Closed Vessels

Abstract In order to study the flame propagation characteristics and influencing factors of gas-coal dust mixed explosion in containers, this paper quantitatively explores effect mechanism two-phase concentration ratio closed section restraint mode on coupling by numerical simulation, comprehensively considering coal pyrolysis model mass heat transfer model. The current research results show that: pipeline, with increase pulverized concentration, gas intensity lean fuel shows a trend first then decrease. Under methane 7%, optimal is 100 g/cm3; similar also occurs open pipe. Secondly, speed pipe faster than that can provide scientific guidance for prevention control mine accidents.
